Our Reviews

This is the best carpet cleaning company in Florida. They are all hardworking and can clean just about anything. They also sell flooring at such great prices. Home Depot and Lowe’s can’t compete with their value.

They were very professional, and they took their time to thoroughly clean the carpet. I have lots of stairs and they were very thorough in cleaning those as well. Great overall experience. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a sewage backup and water on the floors. Professional Carpet was very fast to respond to start remediation. They removed damaged carpet and started drying walls with fans. They later installed new carpeting. They were very professional and communication was excellent.

Had two repairs that needed repair and then cleaning. They did a wonderful job on the repairs that it is hard to see if you did not know where they were at. They also cleaned the carpet in two rooms and it smells so fresh and looks like new again. They came out exactly when they said they would and we’re done very quickly. Highly recommend them.

Running a small dog rescue is never easy and dirt abounds. We have been operating for three years had the floor cleaned multiple times. When Professional Carpet System did the tile I could not believe it…looked like it did when we installed the tile. Thank you so much and the pups thank you!

Professional Carpet Systems is truly a professional flooring company. The owner Marvin Cluff’s knowledge and years in flooring care and installation shows in his work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my floor cleaning and installation. Highly recommend!

…My 3.5 year old son played with the latex paint on my carpet! The stains were huge and after trying to clean it by myself, I realized it’s worthless. It was Sunday 8 pm and I was so desperate to have someone help me.. So I went online and found Professional Carpet Systems. They picked up the phone right away … Kevin come an hour later. I was sooo happy that there are people that truly care about your problem exactly when you need them! After a long hard work, Kevin managed to get the stains off, yay! But the stains were so bad that the price would’ve been higher too, which I didn’t realize until after the job was done. I am a single mom and unfortunately I didn’t even have enough to pay for the cleaning. But Kevin happened to be a very generous and understanding man, which I appreciated tremendously, he gave me a discount. I was sooo pleased with the service and the way that the company cares!!! I HIGHLY will always recommend the Professional Carpet Systems to anybody!!! I will never use anyone else!!! Thank you so much!!!

We have used many carpet cleaners in the past, but Professional Carpet Systems is by far the best!! The carpets are so clean & look like new and stains do not reappear, as I have had happen with other companies. They have also done an amazing job on my large microfiber couch, keeping it looking brand new (it is 10 years old). They really saved the day when my toddler decided to draw all over one end of the couch with dark purple magic marker…you would never know it happened! They are simply the best! Really great guys too!

Professional Carpet System carpet cleaning company is the best! They came to our home and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, and even offered to clean a large area rug for free. The carpets look like new and they live up to their name: Professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++
